Dibrucon, the 45th Annual District Conference of Lions International District 322D was held at Dibrugarh on 6th & 7th April 2024. Members of Lions Club of Imphal had wholeheartedly participated in the Conference. Lion Th. Kesho Singh, current 1st VDG was elected as District Governor for LY 2024-25.
